Key learnings: 1. Look for Variant perception. 2. Look for top5 wealth makers and what their entrepreneurs did to reach at these scale. 3. Don't be any sector agnostic . Try to learn the value chain of the sector. Then take the call. 4. Try to look for proxies of the main theme. They usually start giving the returns after one year from original theme but can last more than the original themes. In this way we can play cyclical sectors. 5. Again focus on portfolio allocation is more important. In ishmohit sir words "Allocation is khas, baki sab bakwas".
Fantastic summary But for the retail investors it is not possible to directly connect with the promoters of the company and we have to rely on the marketing gimmicks and the news What do you think about that? Do you have any varient perception idea?

Thank you for sharing all the knowledge sir. Just one observation there is very less excitement in the mega caps especially the financial mega caps. And this is across videos across various channels.
Nice one, Paaji. By the way if you put a small discussion about some topics like how to calculate the change in book value of any share if it is amalgamated with others (like Tata Steel) or how should one apply as well as be cautious about the price range of any stock if that company declares for right issues (like Grasim), I think a lot of retail investors will be fundamentally aware of it. You may make short videos on SOIC clips or may do some other formats. Actually I am thrilled to learn concepts from you and I am applogizatic if unknowingly I am giving suggestions to you.

It sounds all rainbows and roses. But how to actually go about doing this scuttlebut investing? Retail investors often have a full time job and are trying to generate wealth by investing the money from their primary job. Is it even possible for non full-time retail investors to get into such depths of scuttlebutt investing? Who to actually talk to? What sources are relatively trustworthy, which aren't? Can we really go and visit factories of such entrepreneurs? Please do a video on the nitty gritties of this investing method.
This method is purely meant for full time investors and not for part time ones. For part time investors digital scuttlebutt is the only option other than that none. Digital Scuttlebutt like any fraud, money bytes news, not walking the talk, etc For retail investors it is best to have a technical based exit framework. For this I would refer you to read "How to make money in stocks" by William O Niel
